Cancellation Charges
The charges below only apply to 100% advance payment on accommodation. If you only paid our required 25% deposit, this won’t be refunded.
25% if cancelled 10 days in advance.
50% if cancelled two or three days in advance.
50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
100% if cancelled one day prior to booking or on the same day.
Refund is less of one day booked. Inform us with in 24hrs, butfirst day is cancelled
Publicholidays and festive seasons, there is no refund
Note:
Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
Online refunds for bookings made through our online payment system usually take 3-5 working days.

Children and Extra Bed Policy:
- For a most enjoyable stay as a family at the Mirembe Resort Beach Hotel; All children are welcome.
- Free or reduced rate accommodation for children sharing their parents' room.
- Accommodation is free of charge if the kid 2 years and below stays with its parents in the same room. Babycot are provided at no extra fee.
- Extra bed can be provided in a room at an extra fee. Please contact us for details at the time of booking.
